I moved to Maine in 2020 from Perth, Western Australia. Having spent half of my life in Australia and half in America, I have learned that home is where you hang your heart.
I have enjoyed working in several industries, including hospitality, advertising, animal rescue, and pet store management. I came into the dental field after a kind dentist was able to arrange emergency surgery for me during COVID. Recognizing my customer service experience, he was then instrumental in opening doors for me at a dental office. Having been through my own dental difficulties, I can be empathetic to patients who are having their own dental issues. I enjoy helping people, and working at Pine Tree Dental Care gives me the opportunity to help patients get the best possible service and care.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, who is my childhood sweetheart. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and exploring all that Maine has to offer. I am happiest when I am at the beach and doing any activities that have to do with water. I keep physically and mentally fit by practicing Qigong and learning about Chinese internal arts.
My favorite saying is, “People will rarely remember what you said, but they will remember how they felt after you said it.”
